Yesterday, I awoke to a beautiful morning with birds singing, sun shining and a cool breeze blowing. I hopped onto DeviantART to check my messages before heading out to the daily grind, only to have my PC infected with a virus shortly after opening my DeviantART message box. Now, I wake far too early to overcast skies and the odd crow cawing, finding that said virus, which was supposedly taken care of by AVG, had spread to other areas of my PC, resulting in my having to restore my system to rid myself of the virtual menace.

I send this out as a warning those whom may be reading this that something foul has gotten onto DeviantART, and that you should take preemptive measures before doing anything on here, just in case.


Now, I need to run Malwarebyte's and catch-up on some lost sleep. (Thank God that I don't have work today...)

Hello, and welcome to the DeviantART page of Me, the "MysteryPhotographer".

Firstly, I would like to say now that I am somewhat new to the world of photography, having just recently bought a camera (today's economy makes it hard for one to fulfill a hobby, you know). This means that you should not expect much for now and that what I do post may not be 'on-par' with the works of veteran Deviants.

When I do submit art, however, expect it to be either Photography (of course), a simple graphite-on-paper sketch or one of the many small poems that just happen to pop into my head. Until such time, feel free to leave comments, share greetings and, possibly, aid me in my search for decent equipment at an affordable cost (in the range of $50-$75 USD, if at all possible).

Allow me to make a few statements on myself. I am not a "trend follower", nor will you ever see me in some form of "group", "clan" or "gathering". In all honestly, I am something of a loner and I tend to avoid contact with most people (save for a select few who earn my respect). Having said that, I am quite knowledgeable about the "goings-on" within different social classes (though experience and healthy amount of educated guesswork), meaning that I will not be completely lost in a conversation, should I find myself in one.
